Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we deliberately do not, and how to get it removed. This policy covers both this website and the FitContent iOS app.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to fitcontentreelsandhooksai.com and to the FitContent – Reels Hook AI iOS application ("the App"). References to "we", "our" and "us" mean the FitContent team, working with K-Lerta Consulting.
Our general approach is to collect as little as possible. We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles of individuals, and we do not require an account to read anything on this website.
2. What we collect
2.1 When you use the App
- Content inputs. The descriptions and prompts you enter are transmitted to our third-party AI provider to generate output. They are processed for that purpose and are not retained by us beyond your session.
- Usage and diagnostic data. Anonymous, aggregated information such as which features are used, session duration and crash reports.
- Device information. Device model, operating system version and app version, for diagnosing faults.
- Purchase confirmation. Apple processes all payments. We receive a confirmation that a subscription is active. We never see or store your payment card details.
2.2 When you use this website
- Contact form submissions. If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you provide. These are handled by Netlify Forms on our behalf and are used only to reply to you.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records requests, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability purposes.
- Cookies set by third parties. Described in section 5.
2.3 What we do not collect
We do not require an account to read this site. We do not run a newsletter, so we do not build a mailing list from visitors. We do not use tracking pixels to follow you across other websites, and we do not ask for health data, body measurements or any information about your clients.
3. How we use it
- To provide the hook, caption and content generation service you requested.
- To diagnose crashes and fix faults.
- To understand aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns so we can improve the product.
- To reply to support requests, corrections and feedback that you initiate.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect against abuse or fraud.
We do not use your content inputs to train our own models, and we do not publish or share anything you generate.
4. Third parties who process data for us
- AI provider. Content inputs are sent to a third-party AI API to produce output, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- Apple. Handles all App Store distribution, billing, subscription management and refunds.
- Netlify. Hosts this website and processes contact form submissions.
- Analytics and crash reporting. Aggregate, non-identifying diagnostics.
We do not sell personal data to any third party, and we do not permit these processors to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.
5. Cookies and advertising
This website may display advertising served by Google AdSense, a service provided by Google LLC. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and you can read how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading anything on this site — none of our content is behind a cookie wall.
We do not run popups, exit-intent overlays, interstitial advertising or auto-playing video advertisements.
6. Retention
- Content inputs: not retained after your session ends.
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on an ongoing issue, then deleted.
- Aggregate analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
- Server logs: retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.
7. Children's privacy
FitContent is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to request portability. To exercise any of these, email Info@k-lertaconsulting.com and we will action the request. Given how little we hold, most requests are straightforward.
Residents of California, the EU and the UK have additional statutory rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit risk primarily by collecting very little in the first place. We will never ask you for your password or payment card details by email, and you should treat any message that does as fraudulent.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
