Terms of Service — FitContent

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using the FitContent – Reels Hook AI application ("the App") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website.

2. What the service is

FitContent is an AI-assisted writing tool that generates hooks, captions and content angles for short-form video, together with a free library of educational guides published on this website.

To be explicit about scope, FitContent does not:

Provide medical, physiotherapy, dietetic or clinical advice
Prescribe training programmes or nutrition plans for any individual
Post, schedule or publish content to any social platform on your behalf
Guarantee any level of reach, engagement, follower growth or revenue

3. Free tier

New users receive three free AI generations at no cost. No payment card is required. These free generations do not expire. All educational content on this website is free to read without an account.

4. Pro subscription and billing

Unlimited generation requires a Pro subscription at $5.99 USD per month (or the local equivalent). By subscribing you authorise Apple to charge your Apple ID each month until you cancel.

Billing. Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Auto-renewal. Renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then.
Refunds. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process App Store refunds ourselves.
Price changes. We will give notice of any price change. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

5. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 13 to use FitContent independently.
You are solely responsible for any content you publish, including content derived from AI suggestions, and for ensuring it complies with the rules of the platform you publish on and with applicable law.
You must not use FitContent to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights.
You must not use FitContent to make health, medical or body-composition claims you are not qualified or entitled to make.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the App, or attempt to extract its underlying prompts or models.
You must not use automated means to generate output at a volume intended to circumvent subscription limits.

6. AI-generated content

Output is produced by an automated system and is provided as a creative suggestion. We make no guarantee that output is accurate, original, factually correct or suitable for any particular purpose. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users from similar inputs.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before publishing it. We recommend this strongly and repeatedly, both because unedited AI text performs poorly and because you — not FitContent — are accountable for what you publish under your name.

7. Educational content on this website

The guides on this website are general educational information for content creators. They are not business, legal, medical or financial advice, and they do not guarantee results. See our disclaimer and our editorial policy.

8. Intellectual property

The FitContent name, application, website design and published editorial content are our property or used under licence. You may not republish our guides wholesale; you are welcome to quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link.

Output you generate is provided to you royalty-free for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. We claim no ownership of your inputs or of the finished content you publish.

9. Advertising

This website may display third-party advertising, including via Google AdSense. Advertisements are distinct from our editorial content and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertiser. We do not accept payment for editorial placement or for links inside our guides.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces what a paying subscriber receives, we will give notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitContent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost audience, lost revenue or business interruption, arising from your use of the App, this website or any content generated through them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FitContent against claims arising from content you publish using output from the service, including claims relating to intellectual property, defamation, or health and advertising claims made in your content.

13. Termination

You may stop using FitContent at any time and cancel any subscription through Apple. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, in which case any unused subscription period is handled under Apple's refund policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and notified where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which FitContent operates, and disputes will be resolved there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

16. Independence

FitContent is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, ByteDance, Google or Apple. Platform names are used only to describe where content is published.
